1. Who we are

2. What we collect
When you submit a quotation request, contact form, or chat message, we collect: your name, company name, email address, phone number, country/region, and the technical information you provide about the equipment or project.
When you browse the site, we collect standard technical data: IP address, user agent, pages visited, referrer, and timing data. We use a cookie-based analytics tool (Google Tag Manager) for this.
3. How we use it
We use your information to (a) respond to your quotation or contact request, (b) administer our business relationship with you, (c) improve our website and our services, and (d) comply with our legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with third parties except (i) regional sales agents who serve your country, (ii) logistics partners who fulfil your order, (iii) authorities when required by law, (iv) professional advisors (accounting, legal) under appropriate confidentiality, and (v) the processors listed in section 4.
4. Third-party processors
To operate the website and triage incoming requests we use the following processors:
• Zoho Mail (transactional email — delivers your quotation request to our regional inbox). Processed in Zoho data centres.
• DeepSeek (AI lead-scoring — a redacted version of each quotation request, excluding your name, email, and phone, is sent to DeepSeek to estimate urgency and deal size so our team can respond faster). Processed in China.
• Google Workspace / Google Sheets (CRM logging — a record of each request is appended to an internal spreadsheet our team uses to track follow-ups). Processed by Google in the United States.
• Google Tag Manager (analytics) and Google Fonts (typography) for the public site.
Each processor is bound by its own terms of service and, where applicable, a data-processing agreement. If you do not wish your request to be processed by these vendors, contact us directly on WhatsApp or by phone instead of the form.
5. International transfers
Because our company is headquartered in China and we operate in MENA, your data may be transferred outside your country of residence (including to China and the United States via the processors listed above). Where required (e.g. EU/UK GDPR, Saudi PDPL, UAE PDPL), we ensure appropriate safeguards apply.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, and the right to object to direct marketing. Send any such request to info@pc-cn.com and we will respond within 30 days.
7. Retention
We retain commercial inquiry data for up to 7 years to support our records of business activity, and analytics data for 26 months.
8. Cookies
Essential cookies only by default. Analytics cookies are loaded after user consent where required by your local law.
